WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All regular orders ship in 1-2 weeks after purchase date.

READY TO SHIP orders will ship 1-3 days after purchase.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

I'm currently NOT accepting any custom orders. 

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Of Course! You will receive an email confirmation along with USPS tracking number.

WHAT SIZE ARE THE HEADBANDS? WILL THEY FIT MY CHILD?

Our headbands are standard sized and will fit ages 5 and Up

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC CHARACTER ON MY EARS?

Of Course! Please leave any special and specific requests in the "NOTES" Box on each product listing

HOW DO I CLEAN MY EARS?

If your Mouse Ears get dirty from all the Fun at Disney, use a Tide To Go Stain cleaning stick works best. As well as gently cleaning the ears with a wet towel and light soap.

CAN I REQUEST A DIFFERENT COLOR HEADBAND?

Of Course! You can leave any special or specific requests in the "NOTES" box on each product listing. Color Headbands We have available are..... White, Black, Green, Purple. (as of right now, these can change at any time.)

CAN I WEAR MY MOUSE EARS ON RIDES?

If you have purchased Our Mouse Ears Clips, Yesss!!! They stay on after Every ride. These have been testing by me personally.

If you have purchased Our Mouse Ear Headbands. If the ride is fast, it's probably best you take your awesome ears off and keep them safe.
